Mary and her husband, Scott, are native Cape Codders.  Mary was raised in Centerville and spent summers swimming and boating at Craigville, Kalmus and Wequaquet Lake Beaches.  Scott spent his youth helping raise the family's Thoroughbred and Appaloosa race horses on their farm in Waquoit and spent time at their other home in Megansett Beach where he sailed and fished.  The Tynells together have called the Megansett area of North Falmouth home for over thirty years with their two sons, Chris and Alex.  They enjoy boating, fishing, curling, donating their time to non-profit organizations such as the Boy Scouts of America, Falmouth Service Center, Meals On Wheels and Habitat for Humanity.

Mary and Scott have a vast knowledge of not only the Falmouth and Centerville areas but all areas in between.  They are dedicated to giving their acquired skill and guidance to create a smooth selling and/or buying experience.
