I have had a very unique experience in the mortgage industry. Whe I first started, I was a processor during the refi-boom.  I was processing 30+ loans a month, basically self-taught.  I also helped schedule closing and went over all HUDS, so I have a VERY good understanding of that part of the loan process.  I do everything myself, I speak with a borrower, find out a little bit about them, and before I even meet with them I already have several different offers of loans so that I can go over them with the borrowers face to face so I am sure they understand their options.  During my initial face to face interview, I also get all of the "typical" paperwork so that I can get the loan underwritten.  Because I process all my own stuff, it is very streamlined, my average time from meeting to closing is two weeks.

My process is so fast and efficient that I have been working on straight referrals for the last three years!!!
