I am a licensed real estate agent, but I work behind the scenes as the Director of Sales and Marketing for one of the top Realtors in Fayetteville, NC. Our team is made up of highly regarded new construction specialists, and our mission is to provide unparalleled customer service to our builders and the agents who sell our listings.
During my tenure we have seen a dramatic shift in the way buyers search for homes, and I have given our team the ability to capitalize on that - I have increased our Internet presence from having one website to now being on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. With a minimal budget I have been able to keep up with, and often times out pace, our competition (who outsource their marketing to marketing companies).
Additionally, I have been called upon by many local home-building related companies to help them increase their presence and branding power. Our area has been slow to embrace social media marketing, but businesses are finally coming on board!
