Hi. I’m Cameron Boyd, how can I help?
I have lived in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah since 1986. Born and raised in New Zealand, I consider living in Utah a great privilege, and being lucky enough to live and and play in the same towns that I work is simply icing on the cake. What makes Summit and Wasatch County, Utah so unique? Park City, Heber City and Midway and surrounding areas are home to some of the best skiing on the planet, including Park City (Canyons), Deer Valley and nearby Sundance. Clean air and year round recreation is literally out our back door. Mountain biking, hiking, skiing, fly fishing, golfing, boating and horseback riding just to name a few- and all just an easy 35 minute commute from Salt Lake International Airport.

| When my husband and I began our search for a second home in the Midway area, we were lucky to find Cameron on our very first trip. | Cameron helped us find exactly what we wanted in our search for a second home in Midway. Living in another state trying to find the perfect home was very frustrating at times but he continued to assure us we would find it......and as promised we did. After moving into our old farmhouse we had a few challenges and Cameron continued to be there for us even at 2:00 in the morning. | I moved from Telluride Colorado and had specific piece of property in mind which was hard to find and a specific price range that made it harder to find, but Cameron said there are this profits out there you just have to jump on it when they come available. I was very picky as I inspected the homes and wanted the best as I moved out to Park City to take the role as the Building Official/ Fire Code Official in Park City. There was no pressure to buy any old piece of property from Cameron he was there for us. He would even show us properties on Sunday mornings as this was sometimes the only time we had. Cameron tries hard to get you the best deal and works hard to find that special property. I dealt with some other real estate agents in the area that wanted us to buy the first property and then refused to look for anything else. You can not go wrong with Cameron in the Heber Valley, and Summitt County Park City areas |
