I have been in the housing industry in one way or another for over 15 years.  I started off with a family run business, buying and renovating neglected properties in Lafayette.  At K&G Renovations we put an emphasis on providing good homes at great prices.  Even then I had a drive for customer service.  Working long hours renovating homes inside and out, to a level that any person buying would be proud to own.  We wanted to offer homes that would need nothing but a family to fill it.  And, that is exactly what we did.  Throughout my college years I was on-site supervisor and land scape designer.  Picking properties and deciding budgets was also eventually added to my list of responsibilities.  And it was these combined experiences along with the final sale that led me to where I am today.

I knew that what I really enjoyed about the whole process was helping people get into a home.  With the encouragement of a friend in Indianapolis I started researching what I needed to do to become a loan officer.  Long story short, I went to an FHA training seminar for 3 days with some other acquaintances from a company in Lafayette and found myself with a job offer.  From there on it's been full steam ahead.  I moved forward and got my license about a month later and I've been doing this ever since.  I really love what I do!  Not everyone gets to help people achieve their goals on a daily basis, but that's what I do.  I work hard to make sure that my clients are happy from start to finish.  Keeping customer service my top priority is the cornerstone of my business philosophy.  It has served me well to this point, and I can't wait to see where it takes me in the future...
