I was born & raised in Pensacola, Florida and love living on the Emerald Coast. I’ve always had a niche for sales and love working with people. I have been a member of The Mary Stephens Team since 2005, and I initially worked as Mary’s assistant handling all phases of the transaction. In 2006 I decided to take the leap and graduated from Kiefer Real Estate School and became a Listing & Buyer Specialist for the Team and have successfully closed many transactions from small studios to luxurious gulf front properties. | I had been receiving emails from Cali and contacted her on a question and mentioned we might be interested in selling our condo. She had an initial buyer that didn’t work out but as that contract unwound, she presented us with another offer from another agent. She was so professional and helped us every step of the way. She arranged movers for the owners closet and personal items to be moved to our other unit. We had renters at the time and she was so respectful to them and was on top of everything.
