I am a Broker Associate and Realtor with Front Street Realty in Ladera Ranch, California. I am a member of the Orange County Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. My educational background is in business and real estate finance. I have worked for large corporations like Coldwell Banker Commercial Group and Toyota Motor Sales where I learned the value of professionalism and ethics.

I specialize in equity sales, foreclosure prevention, short sales, and internet marketing. I am one of the few Orange County Realtors to be certified in foreclosure prevention by the Fair Housing Council of Orange County. My first priority is to help homeowners save their homes by working with lenders to explore alternatives to foreclosure.
When working with buyers, I strive to inform and educate about the Orange County real estate market. Local markets do not always behave according to a national norm. Homes are affordable again and we are seeing multiple offer situations in desirable communities.
