My real estate knowledge is very broad. I have worked with everyone from first time buyers to relocation companies to people looking for 55+ communities to investors. I have worked from Los Angeles to Riverside and San Diego counties, specializing primarily in Orange County where I have lived for over 20 years. I update and fine tune my knowledge of contracts, current loan programs, new housing being built, real estate law, inspection issues, etc. every year through continuing education. I go far beyond what is required by law so that I can help and educate my clients to make good informed real estate decisions. I work with a team of people so that I can bring many resources to my clients whether they need to do a 1031 exchange, find first time buyer's programs or VA assistance, invest in real estate opportunities from rentals to TICs, or talk to an accountant to understand the tax ramifications of buying and selling real estate.
