I enjoy the process of assisting people in buying and selling real estate.  I've always had a passion for all things real estate and I get to live out that passion everyday.  I've have extensive experience negotiating short sales and have even partenered with a local law firm to ensure that my clients get the best outcome possible during their short sale transaction.  Our market is rapidly changing and we are working more and more with traditional sellers who have equity in their home.  There aren't many things mores satisfying than saving someone from foreclosure or helping someone sell their current home and buy a new home at the same time.  I also have a nationwide referral database that I use to help clients find the best agent possible to assist them if they are moving anywhere in the country.
