My background is sales and marketing. I have been in real estate sales for several years now. With my marketing background and my real estate experience coupled with the Coldwell Banker resourceses makes the decision of which Realtor to use a little easier.
If your wanting to sell your home, you need someone to be honest with you. I don't list every home that I can. I have turned listings down. Not a lot of agents do that. What I do is research. I find out what properties in your area have sold recently and what made those properties turnover. Then I visit your home and armed with my research, compare it to those that have sold. I'll give you a price range in which I believe your home should be listed and a price I think your home should be sold for.
I list alot of homes, I sell a lot of homes. But, whats most important to buyers is the fact that I listen to your needs and wants and sincerely try to find you the best home for you and I am aggresive in protecting you throughout the transaction. For home sellers, I can deliver an intense marketing statagy to maximize exposure of your home to potential buyers.
