I've been working in the N. Atlanta (Alpharetta & Cumming) market since 1998 when my wife and I moved here from Maryland. In Md/Va I had built a large trailer sales and leasing business which I sold, deciding to start a new career without the headaches of payroll, workmans comp, equipment failures etc.

Real estate has been a great way to have my own business without all the challenges of business ownership. I enjoy working with people and helping them buy and or sell a great investment vehicle.

I have been blessed by developing a business primarily of referrals from my church and people I have worked with. I am currently focusing my attention to developing a better website to reach internet prospects on a more consistant basis.

As a Solid Source Ga. agent, I am developing advertising around MAXATLANTA.net. I am going to focus my marketing this year to both the Lake Lanier market and the Senior 55+ group. Since I am now a "baby boomer", I am in hopes my experience and knowledge of senior issues and our beautiful lake will really take off in 08'.
