| My experience with Tom was beyond enjoyable. When deciding to purchase a home, I was anxious as well as nervous. After hearing stories about how grueling the home buying process can be, my fears and doubts only increased. However, after speaking with Tom for the first time, I felt completely at ease. We spoke about my budget, areas of interest, and wish list items. Throughout the week Tom would send me listings that he felt I may be interested in, and I would decided whether or not I wanted to see them in person. The first time I met with Tom to see the properties, he had scheduled (8) walk throughs for the day, which was great. Tom also worked hand in hand with my mortgage loan originator, which helped to make the process seamless. Once I found which house I was ready to make an offer on, Tom took care of everything from there on out. We talked about which price point I felt comfortable making my initial offer at, and which max price point I felt comfortable purchasing the home for. Within 1 hour of negotiations, Tom called me and gave me great news. The seller accepted my offer, and I purchased the home for much less than I was expecting. I made settlement within 30 days of negotiations, and could not be any happier. I would recommend anyone I know to reach out to Tom for their home buying experience. His attention to detail, thoroughness, ability to listen, and negotiation skills are beyond satisfactory. |

| I would recommend working with Tom over and over again. He is very knowledgeable, comforting and patient throughout the buying process. We never felt like they were pressuring us into buying a home. Tom listened to our needs and genuinely worked towards delivering exactly what we wanted. | Tom sold my mothers home last year for me. The experience was extremely pleasant as well as efficient. Not only did he sell the home for full asking price but there were actually multiple bids on it. I had another realtor come and tell me what I could sell the house for and quite honestly it was considerable less than Toms estimate. I am so happy we chose Tom as it made my moms financial well being much better. I was actually pleased to give them the percent at the end of settlement!! Kudos to Tom for having moms interest in mind and not just a QUICK sale! |

| Tom is your "Man" to call if buying or selling. Tom takes it as a personal challenge and makes it happen. Nothing is ever too much. Tom has sold a friends property recently they moved to Florida, had the kids living in it and they moved to their own place. Tom made it all happen long distance they were over the top only took 2 months. Don't look any further when you have Tom right here! |

| "When you are looking to sell your home or buy a new home, look no further than Parke Place Reality and Tom Sadler! His professionalism and work ethic are beyond compare. Our first meeting was seven years ago when I was desperate to find my Dad a home in a 55 and older development. Tom not only found us the perfect home, but negotiated with the owners to sell the home to him furnished. Tom personally took my Dad to the bank and closed the deal start to finish in less than a week! We decided it was time to sell our home in the fall of 2013. It was amazing how Tom helped us clear out the clutter and stage our home to be eye appealing and "sale" ready. | I used Tom to purchase my home and he was the best realtor a girl could ask for. We saw the good, the bad and the ugly together. | Thomas came in and assisted my father with selling of his home. I do not know how to thank him for everything he is done. At first, he walked through the house and explained what needed to go and how to stage every room for showings. At first I though he was crazy. Evidently I was the crazy one. Everything Tom asked us to do we did. It paid off and I must say - this man knows his stuff. There were other issues outside what I would call a normal sale and Tom went well above and beyond what I would have expected. Again he (and his partner) gave 200% and we could not thank him enough. If you meet Tom and have any doubts, don't worry because they know what they are doing. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. |

| Sold my home at full price 249900 June 6 2014 and negotiated buying of my new home. Tom is excellent negotiator. He negotiated a full price offer on my house which we sold and handled a very difficult negotiation on the house we bought. Tom was always there,just a phone call or text message away,always returned calls or messages right away. That's really hard to find. Tom put together a four settlements in one day deal to make this all happen and it worked. I am very happy! So if you need a real estate agent to list your house and get it sold and represent you in buying your new home Tom Sadler is the best their is. |

I would recommend Tom Sadler to everyone the experience of buying and finding a home is important and he makes it as perfect as possible!! By far the VERY best realtor and now a great friend! | My Fiancé and I were first time home buyers and were new to the whole process. Tom took the time to explain everything to us no matter how many questions we asked. He was able to accommodate our busy schedules and always made time for us no matter how busy he was. No matter where we looked he always was able to tell us about the area. When we finally found the house we wanted he stepped in and did all the negotiating and was truly looking out for our best interest.
