I am a full time realtor, focused on working with buyers and sellers of residential real estate. This includes single family residences, condominiums, townhomes, duplexes, triplexes and fourplexes. I enjoy working with first time homebuyers, guiding them through the entire process, from loan qualification to selecting and making an offer on a property to the close of escrow. As a professional full service agent, I strive to make this emotional process as stress free as possible.
I have been living in the East Bay for over 20 years. I was born in Panama City and have had the opportunity to live in and visit many countries, including Japan, Canada, and Central America by the time I graduated from high school. This background has given me a multicultural perspective which allows me to appreciate many people, cultures and ideas. This is why I love the diversity the East Bay has to offer.
I am active in my community on the Crime Prevention Council, as well as being volunteer mediator for SEEDS / East Bay Community Medition.
