My Mission : To develop relationships with high quality individuals and become their real estate agent of choice.
My Outlook: Since 2004 I've been guiding my clients in the purchase and sale of residential real estate in the greater Buffalo area. I provide a comprehensive level of buyer and seller services to my clients and believe in telling them the truth, even when it's not what the client wants to hear. I make it my business to know the inventory and study the trends in our marketplace, because ultimately my clients benefit from my knowledge of the market and current conditions.
My background in restaurant management with one of the most respected names in the industry taught me the value of true customer service. I strive to create loyal clients instead of merely satisfied clients. Satisfied clients will consider another Realtor; loyal clients have introduced me to their families, friends and co-workers. Ultimately, my life and business are enhanced by the quality people that I meet each day in my business.
Why Keller Williams? I'm proud to be associated with Keller Williams Realty, the largest residential real estate firm in the U.S. Since 1983 Keller Williams mission has been to build careers worth having, businesses worth owning and lives worth living for its associates. As a member of the Buffalo Agent leadership Council (ALC), I am committed to growing the Buffalo office and to helping other agents in my market to grow personally and professionally.
Although I have sold homes throughout WNY, I specialize in the following areas:
Buffalo: Elmwood Village, Historic Allentown, Parkside, North Buffalo, Downtown Condos including Avant and Waterfront
Amherst: Village of Williamsville, Snyder
East Aurora, Orchard Park, Hamburg
Keller Williams Realty is located in the Maple Office Park just off Maple Road. Use the entrance on N. Bailey Avenue near Wegmans and follow the signs.
