I am passionate about all things real estate... I am a girl who LOVES her job. I work mainly in the Middle Tennessee area. I am also a flipper and investor. I live in Murfreesboro, TN with my husband Paul and my one year old son Cooper who are my favorite people on earth. We have 2 border collies who are our son's best friend and a siamese cat. I am a regular vlogger. I vlog about real estate news, trends, neighborhoods, buyer/seller advice, home staging tips, local events, anything and everything associated with real estate and our local community. I make sure to treat my clients as I would like to be treated. I am known to give information overload... I want my clients to be sure they have everything they need in order to make a decision on a home that is right for their family. | I recently worked with Bianca while selling our home and then buying a new one. I was impressed with her from start to finish. At the first meeting she came prepared with a list of everything she planned to do to sell our home! I never doubted that she could make it happen! Within two months of putting our home on the market we had it sold! It was such an easy stress free experience! We then had her help us find a new home. She was super supportive during this time and helped us through the process and even provided emotional support when we were worried our closing wouldn't happen. Within about a month we had found our dream home and were moving in! I highly recommend Bianca as a realtor! She was extremely knowledgeable about the process and made sure all our questions were answered! She was very easy to get a hold of and made a potentially stressful experience a happy one! |

| I would highly recommend Bianca to anyone looking to purchase a home. We wanted the perfect house for us and Bianca helped us find it! We were very picky buyers and didn't want to settle for any less than what we wanted. Bianca was patient and understanding as we viewed house after house. After several days of showings, Bianca took what we liked and didn't like and found us our perfect home! She was just as energetic and eager to help on the last showing as she was with the first! Once we found the house we wanted, Bianca was very thorough and on top of everyone involved with the process. She contacted them regularly, and kept us up to date as she received information. The closing process was smooth and quick. She calmed us through the stressful parts and made this process a pleasant experience. I am very pleased with Bianca and highly recommend her.
