Brian C. Tienken-Principal Broker- I have been selling real estate full time since 1984. I have represented buyers and sellers of residential, land, lots, new construction, investment, and bank owned property. I work throughout the Portland Metro area and have been in the top 1% of RE/MAX equity group inc the past few years. I have a team of professionals to meet your needs before, during and after the sale. Received the Certified Distressed Property Expert Designation to help both buyers and sellers with distress properties. This could be property in or going into forclosure, forced to sell for many other reasons (death, job transfer, divorce, illness, loss of job, etc) but do not have enough or any equity. I can meet with you to discuss your options.
Kim Tienken-Marketing/Office Manager - Experience in Real Estate Sales, Real Estate Lending and office management. Currently helps manage the office, handle the bookkeeping, marketing, and after sale service, including delivering a meal when you move into your new home.
Jim Frey-Real Estate Broker - He has successfully completed 2 years in the Real Estate business. He has earned the designations of GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative). He has recently joined our team and will be working at growing our business by meeting the needs of buyers and sellers.
Kim Williams- Administrative Assistant- Available during business hours to answer questions about your transaction. Handles the transaction paperwork, creates & delivers the flyers, assists with marketing, opens escrows, provides the lender with our clients' transaction information to facilitate the lenders processing of the buyers loan, follows up on showings with agents of our listings, sends out bi-weekly status reports of listings to our seller.
