| My fiance and I originally tried getting financed through American financing. After errors on American financing's part we went to Brandon for help on closing on a home that we already moved into based on false information we got from American financing. If it were not for Brandon and his partners our dream of moving into the home we already lived in would not have been possible. | Brandon is a life-saver. Our family has known Brandon for decades both personally and professionally. He is a caring and intelligent person, a great dad, and exceptionally well versed in his field. Our close friends and family have worked with him at our recommendation. We wouldn’t be in our new home without for Brandon. That’s not to say that we didn’t qualify for a new home. Brandon started working with us at the beginning of our new home search. He helped us figure out how much we might be able to spend on a house and talked to us at length about different loan options, how the process works, timelines, and potential issues. We finally settled on a new build in Stapleton. Unfortunately, we unwisely decided to leave Brandon for our builder’s “preferred” lender with a deal that turned out too good to be true. Not only did the lender seem unprepared (our loan amount was off by $100,000), unprofessional (our emails and calls went unanswered), and unable to answer our questions (“I’ve never heard of that type of loan”), we were left just weeks before the house was to be finished with a terrible loan at an exorbitant interest rate when interest rates were at an all-time low. To his credit, Brandon graciously took us back. He never told us this, but I know he worked overtime to make sure that we had a great loan by the time our house was finished. He found us different options to choose from, not just one loan. He answered all of our questions- especially mine. My husband had purchased a home before we were married, but this was all new to me! I wanted to make sure I understood exactly what was going on: what did that term mean? What did those numbers indicate? He was patient and responsive with my questions. I felt extremely confident that Brandon knew what he was talking about and wasn’t going to lead us into a negative situation. We did have a last minute surprise from Brandon: the figures came back better than we had expected at our closing! Brandon also showed up as promised at our closing to make sure that everything was in order. Brandon couldn’t have done a better job for us. He turned a disastrous situation into a positive one for us. Brandon is definitely our preferred lender! |
