I work hard to make sure every home purchase or sale is an exciting and rewarding experience for everyone involved. I always return phone calls within an hour, and check my files daily to make sure everything is staying on track. I go the extra mile for every client, and that is the most rewarding part of my work.
Certifications
My Husband and I own and operate a cattle ranch in the area. This experience, as well as having lived here so long, gives me the knowledge neccessary to assist Buyer's and Seller's with thier Real Estate needs. I specialize in Farm and Ranch Properties, I can help a Buyer determine AUM's available, water rights and usage, field production on crops, as well as cash flow reports needed to determine if a property is going to work for them. I also love to find the perfect little farm house in the country, or a nice house in town that keeps you close to everything. I work closely with the Rural Developement loan programs available in this area, and can help Buyers through the process easily.
