My wife, Sue, and I have been married for over 40 years. We have 5 fabulous kids, all married and living within an hour and a half of our home here in Temecula. We have 18 grandchildren and our youngest tells us their not through! Our home is in an agricultural area west of Temecula (DeLuz) and we raise avocados. Sue and I love to travel and have been fortunate enough to have visited a number of wonderful places around the world - we still enjoy visiting sites in the US, however, and look forward to our annual trip to Hawaii later in the year.

I am an avid reader and a major fan of college football and basketball. Between my family, church, reading, travel and real estate I can't think of a time in my life when I've been happier and more fulfilled.
