In the early 70's, my family moved from Los Angeles es to the San Fernando Valley. My father worked with real estate when red carpet realty was king. My mother always volunteered food drives ( the government cheese days) I started out mowing lawns and paper routes. The 80's, I attended school for emergency medical training. I worked part time as a house painter to help pay for school. in time, I ultimately started a career in remodeling and interior decorating. The business was great for ten years but something was missing. I sold the business to friends and put on a tie for the world of finance. Through the 90's, I discovered the art of leverage finance, home equity loans, 2nd mortgage's and credit repair. In the beginning of 2000, I received a contractors license and started building custom homes in Sherman oaks. I also started Poly Properties and joined the board of Realtors. OK, short and quick. I've been in real estate my whole life, I know customer service and very knowledgeable in all aspects. searching real-estate for clients and selling them is my specialty in life. its a joy using all the technical tools of communication, and with the new challenges of economic let downs, its exciting to know we are close to the bottom. working people whom couldn't afford high prices before will now thrive on the mass availability of lower priced homes. this new market is definitely not boring.
In the last three years, I have sold multimillion dollar estates. as much as i love high end real-estate, I also love helping people into their first home. I hope that eventually. I may be apart of them moving upward in homes.
