I am crazy about real estate, especially in southeastern North Carolina, and most especially new home communities (new and existing homes) in Leland and the immediately surrounding area.
I love to work with buyers, including folks incoming from other parts of the country as well as people moving up, down, or sideways in the Cape Fear area (it happens a lot here, people seem to move more freely here than in many other parts of the country). I work with first time buyers, relocating executives, entrepreneurs moving to our area to start or relocate businesses, retirees, and people looking for second or vacation homes. Another strong point is investors - I've presented investor seminars in California and North Carolina and have a great success record helping people define their goals, set plans, and work toward reaching them. (Right now, btw, in the Winter of 2009, is a great time to be a buyer here - our market has held up very well compared to most parts of the country, but we still have many great deals and financing is amazing - the rates have really never been so low.)
