With more than 30 years of high-level sales and sales management experience in local, national, and international markets, I have learned that clarity of purpose is all important. I have conducted business with people in more than 20 countries and that experience has taught me that different people and different cultures have different value systems and different expectations. Setting, clarifying, and getting agreement on those expectations, will ultimately result in smoother transactions and fewer disappointments.
I strongly believe that buying or selling a home should and CAN be a pleasurable experience.
Certifications
In reviewing the last 100+ homes we have sold, we find the following:
Prices ranged from the low $100s to over a million, About half were sellers and half were buyers. Two thirds were single family homes and one third were condos or townhouses. About 5% were moving out of the area and about 5% were moving in. The rest were re-locating from within South Florida. We sold homes from Pembroke Pines to Coral Springs on the West and from Hollywood Beach to Pompano Beach on the East. (And just about everywhere in between).
We don't believe any one Realtor can be all things to all people. We use Virtual Partners in areas where we don't know values and community assets. There are nearly 20,000 agents in Broward county alone and it is believed that 18,000 of them only sell 10% of the Real Estate. The professionalism and expertise will be found in the other few. Choose wisely!
