With National, State and Local honors such as Michigan Business Man of the Year in 2003 and 2004 by a United States Congressional Committee in Washington DC.  Also appointed to the Michigan's Business Council in 2005 along with many other honors for outstanding commitment to his community and industry services.

Life long resident of the Oxford area since 1958, Oxford High School Graduate, attended Oakland Community College, he is a published author on housing related publications with the publisher "Author House Publishing" in Bloomington Indiana.  Wes became a licensed private pilot and has flown half way around the USA in a private 4 seater aircraft when he was still only a student pilot.
