I become intimately involved in all steps of the process, from finding the property, to putting the parties together, to design, floorplans, marketing and sales of communities. I place sales teams on sites and manage each community.

We live in a beautiful, small to medium sized city, which is characterized by heritage oaks, draped with Spanish moss, arbored streets, cultural events, sports (are you a Gator fan???), and lots of tradition. The University of Florida has become one of the top public universities in the nation, with steep GPA and entry requirements.  The new Sports Medicine Center, Brain Center and soon to be built Cancer Center has raised UF as one of the leading research universities in the world. It is truly something we are proud of and is a mainstay of our economy.
