Although I was not born in Arizona, I moved to Phoenix, shortly before my first birthday. The weather was the biggest draw for my family. No more shoveling the snow off the driveway for my father. Oh, he is still pleased about not having to do that. I come form a large family with 5 siblings, all of which I am very close. I am grateful that my family still lives, and loves living Arizona.
Some of my hobbies and interests are: skiing, scuba diving, flying airplanes, cooking, rollerblading and spending time with my family. My brother, Christian, attended the Arizona Culinary Institute; I have since found myself learning new techniques in the kitchen. Christian, my husband thanks you.
I am thankful that I found a best friend in my husband. As we share many of the same hobbies. We enjoy the time we have together regardless of where we are and what we are doing. Our relationship has survived 19+ years and we are looking forward to many happy years to come.
After graduating from Chaparral High School, I was on my way to a degree from ArizonaStateUniversity. My sister and I had a wonderful opportunity to be roommates in college and have since become very close. Although our degrees were not the in the same field, our study-buddy system allowed us to learn more than we bargained for.
Autism is a topic close to my heart. Affecting 1 in every 166 children born today. Autism is characterized by varying degrees of impairment in communication skills, social interactions, and restricted, repetitive and stereotyped patters of behavior. My youngest brother was diagnosed with Autism when he was 3l years old. He is now 15 and doing much better. However he still has a long way to go. He was enrolled in a public school system and our family is learning to overcome the public school challanges. With much help and a lot of determination, he is now seeking relationships and attending school functions, as he did not entertain these ideas before. To learn more about Autism visit cureautismnow.org or visit the SouthwestAutismResearch & ResourceCenter (SARRC) site at autismcenter.org or phone them at (602) 340-8717.
After managing a Medical Imaging Facility in Scottsdale for many years, I worked very hard to become the knowledgeable, dependable and loyal REALTOR I am today. I love what I do for a living and it feels great to find my clients their dream home. I am very involved in the entire process of listing, marketing, negotiating, inspection(s), escrow, to finding the new home and the steps repeat themselves. I believe in open lines of communication, honesty, being dependable and reliable in my personal life and my professional life. My outlook on life and my skills have led me to where I am today. As your real estate agent, I will work hard to get you the best value for your home and get you the best price for your dream home.
I specialize in residential resale. Although most of my concentration is in Scottsdale, I do list and sale homes in the entire valley. I continue to keep on top of the market trends and know what it takes to move a listing. I love what I do and my clients see it through my enthusiasm, my attention to detail, open lines of communication, negotiation skills and specific knowledge of the area. Since I consider myself a native Arizonian, I have the edge and knowledge of the entire Valley of the Sun as well as following real estate trends for years. New job opportunities and the great year round weather are the two major factors that contribute to the constant growth here in the valley. As many of the baby-boomers are entering retirement, many are looking for great weather during the winter months....this is the place to be. We welcome new residents either full or part time.
I love Real Estate. If you are looking for an agent that stays current on market conditions, trends & the ever changing financing rules- you have found the right agent for your listings & buying needs
