At The Real Estate Network, we realize that people do business with people they trust. We are interested in what is best for the client, and are committed to establishing a long-term relationship based on that trust. Our business is based on referrals and we continue to receive those referrals because of the service we offer. This is the primary basis of how the company was founded and it is emphasized to all associates.
As the Broker, I have had the privilege of living all over the world and the United States prior to moving to Colorado Springs in 1989. In fact, I grew up and went to high school in Kobe, Japan. I have also had the occasion to relocate often so I know the uncertainty and pressure that comes with moving to a new area. One of the things that helped my real estate career the most was having to sell and buy a home totally on my own. I now understand first hand the stress involved with selling a home and buying another simultaneously.
The Real Estate Network is privileged to have several other highly qualified brokers associated with it. Each one of them works hard for their clients and continues to educate themselves in the real estate field. Certifications
We specialize listing homes in all price ranges and helping Sellers stage their homes to their best advantage. The Company has several CDs that we can provide, free of charge, to Sellers and Buyers to help in the process of buying and/or selling.
We also specialize in helping Buyers relocating to the area or moving up within the city. We stay in close touch with all of them. We do not believe in writing the contract and disappearing. Many of these Buyers become close personal friends and continue to remain the reason for our business success.
