I have been in the real estate business since 2004 when I started as a Real Estate Assistant and then decided to pursue my career in Real Estate. I am licensed in GA SC, and NC. Working extensively full time in the Real Estate market I became very well versed in the home buying and selling process earning Top 10 in Client Satisfaction for SC, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 Best Real Estate Agent, Beaufort SC 2015, Re/Max Executive Club 2010 and 2011. Simply stated when the market crashed and a lot of Realtors quit, I stayed continuing to provide full time service to past and future clients.
Representing my clients is not just a job to me. My moral obligation, responsibility, dedication and loyalty will ensure that all my clients are at all times represented with professionalism and care. | JoAnn Thaxton was the key to me selling my old home and buying a new home. Needless to say this is a stressful task for the buyer. JoAnn made it a comfortable transition. When we stressed out she would remain collected and calm me down. She knew the area perfectly and constantly knew what was on the market. She was crucial to the negotiation process on the sale and purchase. JoAnn was also available at all times and if I had to leave a voice mail she would respond within the hour. When it was all said and done we sold our old home at 2p.m. and closed on the new home at 4p.m. I would strongly recommend JoAnn to anyone looking for a realtor for the sell or purchase of a home. | I first met JoAnn Thaxton when a friend recommended her as a trustworthy realty broker. At our first sit down meeting, I surmised that she was very knowledgeable and up front with me and my wife about all aspects of selling a home. She was courteous, well dressed and had a friendly demeanor that won my interest and business. JoAnn was quick to compile all information needed to put my home on the market. Initial interests in my home offering were mediocre and with keen insight, JoAnn quickly made recommendations to improve curb appeal and spark interest in potential buyers. I would so happen that the market in the area took a nose dive and with several homes in my area being foreclosed on; JoAnn buckled down and continued to use all resources to sell my home. After being on the market for a year, we finally got an offer on our home which sadly didn’t work out. Other brokers would have given up and cut their losses but not JoAnn, she continued to market, advertise and network with other brokers to sell my home. Through several failed attempts to sell the home, JoAnn never faltered. She remained positive and did not quit. Finally in Nov 2011 all the stars aligned and the home was sold. JoAnn has been more than our broker, she has become our friend and she looked out for our interest as if they were her own. She works tirelessly, without much fanfare or accolades but she is dependable, trustworthy and professional. Any realtor would count themselves lucky to have her as an associate. I would give my highest recommendation to whomever looking to hire her. |
