After living for 30+ years in Tucson she recently moved to Phoenix in April of 2017 living in the historic Encanto neighborhood enjoying the friendly neighbors and the endless lovebirds that visit each day! When not working with investors Brigitte enjoys time with her Golden's. Patrick is now 14 years old and a "man's man" dog! Hope is my 3rd golden she came to me after the untimely death of my 2nd golden Chloe and then there is Lola a chihuahua terrier mix that loves to strut around the yard chasing birds she can never reach, flushing them out for Hope who bring them in unharmed so I can release them. Brigitte love's to ski, bike, exercise, draw/paint and listen to jazz. Oh, and she is a closet comedian who likes to enjoy a good laugh with friends.

Currently Brigitte is currently VP at The 1031 Exchange Company LLC (THE 1031) which originated in March of 2017. Becoming a part owner of this start-up allowed Brigitte to fulfilling a lifelong dream of starting an exchange company. THE 1031 is available and open to all your 1031 Exchange transaction needs.
In 2017, Brigitte moved to Phoenix to start and head up The 1031 Exchange Company a division of Magnus Title Agency. In 2004, Brigitte started up, Leverage Exchange Group, LLC, the 1031 exchange division for Title Security Agency of Arizona, a locally owned Title Company in Tucson, Arizona which wound up their business in April of 2015. In May of 2015, Brigitte transitioned to the head of Title Security Agency of Arizona's escrow accounting department where she was successful in bringing the department to full automation and elimination of all paper as well as assisting with the formation of the ALTA best practices Escrow Accounting Manual. Once that endeavor was completed Brigitte branched off to start THE 1031.
Brigitte Echave, became a part of the Real Estate community in 1983. Starting her career with a National Title Company and working her way up to Vice President - Regional Manager at the Exchange Division of the First American Title where she worked for 21 years. During her tenure with FATCO, Brigitte worked with many of the Home Builders in Tucson to successfully complete the platting process with the various governmental agencies. Once the platting process was complete Brigitte took the projects through the Public Report process with the Real Estate Department to allow for immediate sales to the consumer. In addition, Brigitte processed Trustee Sales and Forfeitures for accounts in Loan Servicing, worked in Escrow as well as participated in several audits of files for disclosure of funds and their misappropriation. Branching off into exchanges was a natural since Brigitte had already worked with many of the investors in Tucson as well as CPA's and Attorney's.
