I have been representing the interests of Vermont real estate clients since 2003. Previously affiliated with high volume real estate law firms in the greater Burlington area, I have the experience, depth and breadth of knowledge necessary to provide buyers and sellers of Vermont real estate with comprehensive counsel on the legal aspects of the real estate transaction process.
Originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan, I obtained my Bachelor's Degree from Ball State University majoring in Urban and Regional Planning and obtained both my Juris Doctor and a Master's Degree in Environmental Science from Vermont Law School. Subsequently, I have been admitted to practice in both Vermont and Indiana. Outside of the office, I am an avid cyclist, swimmer and skier.

|I recently used Attorney Brian Stark to learn more about the laws regarding buying property in Vermont. I was trying to be diligent prior to moving forward with purchasing investment property in the Chittenden County area. Brian was a big help. First off I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and current on any laws affecting buying real estate. He took the time to listen to many ideas and strategies I am considering and shared insight on how I might be able to accomplish acquiring investment property and navigating through the Vermont real estate laws. I especially appreciated that he was very open minded toward some creative ideas, but also advised me where to be cautious in terms of any legal obstacles that I might run into. I feel much more comfortable knowing if I move forward with any real estate purchases in Vermont, I can use Brian as a resource. I would recommend anyone needing a trusted advisor on real estate law to consult with Brian. Ryan Biddiscombe Managing Member Ryconn, LLC Real Estate Investments West Hartford, CT|
