web Brian P.'s Blog |
My name is Brian P. Forrester and I'm a mortgage guy. I write about the real estate and mortgage industries because I am as passionate about them as I am about keeping people informed about all the changes that affect their loans and their home-buying lives!
I provide tips and advice on how to avoid pitfalls to position you for success as well as information on the consistent changes in underwriting standards that affect homebuyers. If there's some late breaking stuff I am sort of "first on the scene" with a video blast out to clients and Realtors so they can be prepared for the updates that affect the progress of their real estate transactions.
I typically post three to four blogs a month and send video blasts with useful tools attached like a Guide to FHA Home Repairs whenever I have relevant detail like that. I remain current so my clients can.
My Audience
This is probably one of the things of which I am most proud. Not only do my clients find a wealth of useful information; other lenders and many, many Realtors use my blog as a reference because I am crazy about keeping up with my industry and all the things that impact it.
If something's going on that will make a difference to anyone: thinking about buying a home, in the middle of a loan transaction, or just about to close on one; then I'm blogging about it, sending a video message, Tweeting it or posting it on my You Tube channel.
Some Blog Samples
I do my best to jam pack this blog with all the information you'll need to make informed decisions about borrowing money.
There are times I present information with humor and sometimes there's a dash of sarcasm, but don't be misled. I take the business of other people's money very seriously so you're as happy with your loan terms ten years from now as you are the day your loan was approved.

Me and My Team
My career is founded in the banking industry where I am fortunate to be highly regarded. I also surround myself with the finest support team so our checks and balances on your application are always in full force.
Geneva Holland is my Loan Officer Assistant. She works with the processing team to ensure a smooth transition from application to closing. Tasha Faiella is the Lead Loan Processor who interfaces with the underwriters on clearing the conditions that are required to get that green light for the closing date.
Communication
Besides working with our clients to outfit them in the best mortgage product for their goals and situation, I think one of the best things we do is communicate.
Modern mortgages have more moving parts than ever before and in addition to weekly status reports that we send directly to your attention, we use very cool technology to track everything internally so we're always ahead of the critical due dates dictated by your contract.
My Mission Statement
To be the mortgage team that makes a difference in the lives of our clients. To understand our clients' needs, to listen, to communicate effectively, put integrity above all, and to understand that an elated customer is the heartbeat of our business.

Many different factors go into structuring the loan that is right for YOU. Asking the right questions, discovering what is important, & then having the knowledge to apply that information is vital.
