Kristi is an expert in all aspects of the real estate market from buying and selling to building brand new construction as well as investing, property management, Luxury, Investment and DISTRESSED PROPERTIES. She has built her business through integrity, trust and honesty by equipping her clients with the tools necessary to make an informed decision. Raised in a southwest suburb of Chicago, Kristi has a strong family background in the real estate and the home building industry. Kristi's career began in 1998 as a Sales Representative for a custom home builder and developer. She quickly moved into management and had her own development. She briefly left the industry after six years to be a part of the travel industry, but couldn't shake her passion for real estate and received her real estate sales associate license in 2006 in Florida.Living in south florida. Kristi joined DalRay Marketing Group, a leader in builder services and real estate investment sales and marketing. As the Investment Clubs Relations Specialist she worked tightly with buyers, sellers, developers and investors bringing them together with properties nationally and internationally. Kristi was known globally by investment clubs for her public relations, relationship building skills and bringing the best deals to investors at the right time. She also helped found and build two investment clubs: The Global Real Estate Investors Network and The Women's Connection. Currently residing in the Space Coast of Florida, Kristi specializes in DISTRESSED properties as a CDPE, SFR, REO & BPO agent. She also serves luxury and waterfront buyers and sellers as well as move up buyers.
