| Brent, Sorry it’s taken me so long to write this, but the process of moving (as I’m sure you can understand) is one that takes over every second of your day. I just wanted to thank you on behalf of my wife and I for everything you did to make our first home-buying experience a great one. Even in the midst of a few hiccups, you came through, and for that we are extremely grateful. Here’s a picture of our lovely new fridge we were able to haul into our house a few days ago. | Brent made my home buying experience seamless. He was there to answer all of my questions and eased a lot of my concerns about the whole experience. | Brent Dalley is not only one of the best realtors that I know but is also a person that I can call a friend. He worked endlessly and tirelessly to help me get my house sold. His knowledge of the area that I lived in and his outstanding salesmanship helped me get FULL asking price within three days of being on the market. | My wife and I found a house for sale in Midlothian that had everything in a property that we could ask for. We were not seriously considering moving at the time, until we saw this property. We contacted Brent Dalley and asked him to set up a showing of the property in Midlothian. After seeing the place my wife and I just had to have it. We asked Brent to come and run some numbers on our current home, in Mansfield, and see if a move was even feasible. Brent was confident that our home would bring enough to make a move possible. We asked Brent to list our home and placed a contingent offer on the property in Midlothian. Within 6 days of the sign going in the yard we had a contract on our Mansfield home and within 31 days we closed on both properties. Brent and his associates made the process quick and efficient, and when those bumps in the road arose they handled them and kept the process on track.
