I am  a Real Estate Associate Broker in the State of Maryland.  I started real estate full-time in October of 2005, as an agent. I joined Wheeler Realty and began a new and exciting career.  In 2006, I was named "Top Seller of the Year." With the vision of becoming more educated to ensure that clients receive the very best real estate services, I furthered my real estate education and became a licensed real estate associate broker in 2008. Additionally, I am a key instrumental component of the Wheeler Realty staff providing public relations and marketing assistance.

Real estate agents play a vital role in helping clients make their single, largest, most important purchase or financial investment.  I understand the need to help educate homebuyers so they can make intelligent decisions. I have conducted several homebuyer seminars and helped many clients find the right financial options that best fit their needs; allowing many clients to achieve their "American Dream."

With the need and desire to give back to the community, I have sponsored many community events. The latest events were:" One Warm Coat" Drive, and "Change Your Clock, Change Your Battery."

I remember when she bought her first home.  I received very little direction and had no idea of what to expect.  Additionally, I felt lost and the agent didn't offer much assistance. After the closing, I never heard from the agent. Not wanting anyone else to have that feeling, I make sure that I help my clients through the entire home buying and home selling process. I make sure that the client's best interest is always put first, not the commission.

Specializing in Prince George's County and Charles County Maryland, I provide real estate services for residential resales and residential rentals.  Additionally, I provide real estate  "Short Sale" assistance for homeowners that can no longer afford their homes.

Having the internal drive for excellence and professionalism, this is why I have a high referral rate from current and prior clients. Listening to client needs, requirements and concerns, I understand  that clients need to be adequately informed of their options.  They don't like being rushed into making offers.  They especially feel disappointed when once they sign the sales agreement; they feel communication ends with the agent.  This is why I make it my number one priority to have a "hands on" approach, letting the client know that their cares are my cares. I understand that clients will be loyal to an agent if they feel their best interest is being taking into consideration.  This is why I continue to keep in contact with them even after the home buying, home selling or rental process has ended.

Although the process of selecting a real estate agent starts close to home with prospective buyers and sellers considering friends, family and relatives, I understand  that knowledge and proficiency is a must.  I continue to keep up to date on the changes in the real estate industry.  Clients have many questions and only an agent that keeps "up with the times" can help.  It is a must to establish a good working relationship with clients, through communication and expert knowledge. Additionally, it is essential that a successful partnership with clients, providing superior customer service is developed.

Buyers and sellers look to their agents for more than just real estate services.  They look to their agent for assistance in locating other professionals for services needed before or after the sale or rental.  This is why she started "Clean to Move, LLC, Home Preparation Services.
