| Brandi put together several packages for of condos in our price range and showed them to us. She helped us with a foreclosure deal at first but that deal fell through. She actually advised us to back out of the foreclosure deal because it was not in our best interest. We started over and found a condo that has turned out to be a very good property and we are extremely happy with it. |

| Brandi is the best Realtor we have ever worked with. Although we live in New England, we were able to have a vacation home built in Fernandina Beach. All the details were handled through overnight mailings, phone calls and emails. Brandi became our eyes and ears and followed the construction process.
