I am a licensed full-time real estate professional in Atlanta, GA servicing the metro Atlanta area to include Cobb and Fulton Counties. I have an extensive background as a Meeting Planner with over 25 years of experience. I am skilled at negotiating, have an eye for detail, and possess innovative marketing skills. I absolutely love being a real estate professional as I am greatly rewarded in knowing I help people reach their goal in finding their dream home or finding the right buyer to sell their home. I am also a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and a Short Sale/Foreclosure Resource (SFR) who specializes in successful short sale negotiations.
I am married with 2 children and 3 grandchildren. I took up golf about 4 years ago and while not that good, the game is fun and challenging. I also love vacations with my family. If I had a choice between an all-inclusive resort or a cruise, hands down a cruise is for me.
I work with first-time home buyers to find them the right mortgage company and program to assist in getting them into the home of their dreams. I list and sell homes using very specialized marketing tools.
I attend as many seminars, workshops, conferences, and conventions as possible to keep abreast of the changing market.
I am not afraid to knock on doors and find out the needs of potential clients. I also enjoy talking to people and let them know that I am a full-time real estate professional. The more seeds I plant, the more potential buyers and sellers know about me.

| When my husband and I decided to buy our first home we didn't know where to start. We met Beverly at an open house and decided to hire her as our agent. | I couldn't ask for a better realtor than Beverly. I didn't have a lot to spend, and I took over a year to buy, but Beverly was with me to the end anyway. She answered every question I had, and if she didn't have the answer, she got it for me. Instead of pushing for the quick sell, she was usually the first person to notice flaws, and play devil's advocate. I already can't wait to buy my next house; my first call will be Beverly. |

| As this was my first home purchase, I can not say that Beverly is the best that's out there. What I can say with all my heart is that I would never purchase another home without Beverly being right by my side for the entire ride! From the start, Beverly listened to my vision for the home space that I wanted. She listened for the likes and dislikes of my family members and she provided just enough variety of listings to assure the very best choice.
