Bart has a long history in Real Estate which starting with helping his parents who were re-modelers and sublimented there income this way outside of his fathers advertising business. He then started as a broker in Hawaii, moved to the San Franciso Bay area where he sublimented his business as a lender with re-modeling, and moved to Colorado where he developed remodled and works as a Real Estate Broker.
Being on site and intimately involved with real estate at an early age instilled in him the understanding of how important homes are to a family. He has translated that into specialized care and responsibity for every single customer. That is part of why he always acts as Buyer's or Seller's broker for his customers. With that dedication to the customer they are assured of having the best possible representation.
His work in different resort markets through their up and down cycles gives him a prespective and history of how to judge the stablity of markets. As a developer understands new projects, their cycles and their possible invetment potenial. Having been a remodler he has innovative ideas on how to help increase the value of homes. The fiduciary responsiblity that he takes with each customer speaks for it self about the dedication he has to his customers.
