From 1996 - 2008 I successfully managed/maintained books for a real estate developer who owned 150 units.  During this time, I became quite

familiar with the field of real estate from buying, selling even construction!  Naturally, one of my responsibilities was to ensure that all u, nits were occupied, which introduced me to the field of rentals.  I quickly realized how much I enjoyed working with people.  I found myself assisting many people

that were relocating to Massachusetts for school or work and really could use a guiding hand in where they should be looking, what type of housing would be best for their situation.  I have actually successfully rented a good number of units "site unseen" and the clients could not be happier.

I never take on more than I can handle, so my clients can be assured my undivided attention, which is important.  Home buying/selling/renting can be extremely stressful.  My job is to educate and remove the stress!
