After working in real estate sales for roughly a year and a half, I was given an opportunity to lead Keller Williams Realty - Madison East as it's CEO & Team Leader. kw Madison East was ranked just North of 40th in the Southern, WI Market in 2007. Over the next 4 years I learned more and failed faster than most do in a lifetime. Through those failures we turned our troubled real estate office into one of the largest, most productive and profitable real estate organizations in Southern, WI. The quote that fueled me being young and light on formal education was this, "Ignorance on fire is better than knowledge on ice." Our success came from calculated and sometimes miscalculated action which always lead to progress.Over this period of time, I grew very clear on the goals for my life and that is the freedom of time to spend with my two young daughters and beautiful fiance. I have found the best approach is to help businesses and organizations achieve their goals in the shortest possible time and my goals are then taken care of. At the end of the day regardless of role or title you should be able to look your family in the eye and with integrity tell them, "I did everything possible to help us live the life of our dreams today." No excuses.
