Bob Wegener just sold a property for us in Moraga. What sets Bob apart is his level of attentiveness and communication. He made the whole process very easy from start to finish. While we were busy working, Bob was the one who made arrangements and waited for maintenance people, made purchase arrangements, supervised the installation of appliances, found and supervised the carpet installers and painters, and took care of just about everything for us. We only needed one initial visit, one visit to inspect the improvements, and that was it. Very smooth sailing.
Bob believes in communication in a big way. Send him an email day or night and he gets back to you with the information and updates you need. Ask for a phone call, and you get it. He also works hard. He held several open houses on the property and called us with the results of each. He listed the house in all the usual places and more. He includes the right photos. When working with an offer on the property he moved things along with the right paperwork at the right time.
We could never have done this on our own.
He and Hacienda Realty also gave us good advice. We could have thrown a lot of money into this condo, but given market conditions and our desired asking price and time frame, he advised us to save our money and do minimal upgrades. This paid off and saved us potentially tens of thousands of dollars.
