We are a multi-inspector home inspection company operating in the Charlotte area for over 10 years.  We are licensed in both North and South Carolina.  All inspectors are highly qualfiied and experienced with experience in home repair prior to conducting inspections.  I am a degreed engineer, and also licensed as a general contractor.  We conduct a very thoroough inspection, and are experienced at communicating issues to clients without alarming them and jeapordizing the sale.

We prepare our inspection reports on-site at the inspection, so that they can be delivered immediately on completion.  It comes in a binder for the client with many added values, such as a Living With My Home CD containing a lot of information about the home, its systems, operation and maintenance recommendations, a home filing siystem and discounts to various companies of interest to new homebuyers, such as painters, floor covering company, locksmith, etc.
