I started in real estate at an early age. Since my early 20's I have been a self employed 3rd generation Home Builder in New Hampshire and have  built multiple speculative homes and my own residence that I designed himself. With my knowledge of home construction it has been a great asset for my buyers to buy a great home and for my sellers to have an agent that can point out the assets of their home that they are selling. With the experience of being a builder I have  been on both sides of the fence so many times as a buyer and seller myself, I can relate and understand what my client is going through. Investors love to work with me when buying a fixer upper because I Know the costs for construction and can sniff out that great deal, or a piece of land because I know what my client can put on that land to be a good investment.
