I got to spend my first 15 years working for Wall Street and for Big Banks, in executive positions all realted to finance. I needed less travel and more family time.
I opened Bluestar Funding Corp 15 years ago working with great clients to refinance their home loans or to Pre-Approve them for a loan to buy a property. Rules have changed and lenders can be very conservative. That is precisely why brokers are better than bankers. They key these days is in the detail!
I have most loan products out there, because of my relationships from 15 years in this business. I work with Homes, Condo's, Investment properties, vacation homes etc. For refinances, can analyze your current loan and show you the numbers of how much you can save or if it makese sense to refinance.
We can do, conventional, high balance, cash-out, jumbo loans, supoer jumbo and we do have programs that allow alternate docs, using bank statement deposits as the income (personal bank statements or business bank statements). And yes, this is in 2017!
