Get to Know Kenneth Culbertson

Ken has been in real estate sales and management since 1995, shortly after graduating from Seton Hall University in northern New Jersey.  Ken's approach in real estate sales is simple, while surrounding himself with the best people in the industry; Ken provides integrity, knowledge, and experience to each transaction. Whether working with his sales team, or directly with clients, Ken will provide the best service possible to achieve and often times exceed the goals of our Coldwell Banker Elite customers and agents.

Ken's experience consists of New Homes Marketing, in which he has been successful in managing sales teams for numerous single family and town house developments. His understanding of the building process makes Ken a good liaison between the builder and the customer, so that everyone in the contract feels comfortable with the construction process and level of communication.  Furthermore, his desire to understand the customers building needs, make for a smooth transaction for a process often known to be difficult.

Ken also has a passion for resale marketing, by providing a wealth of knowledge in affective pricing and marketing techniques. He combines basic selling with new technology to ensure his office listings achieve maximum exposure to the real estate community.

Peak Development had the opportunity to work with Ken Culbertson for 3 years in two different subdivisions with homes that ranged from $500,000 to $800,000 in the Southern New Hampshire area, plus he helped with initial promotions of our 56 unit townhouse community.  Throughout the years, Ken proved to be a strong communicator between the Buyers and Peak Development.  Since many of the homes that were built were custom, Ken had the task of ensuring that all of the Buyers needs were met while at that same time educating them on the process of building their home.  Since building a home is an emotional experience, this task is not easy.

All of our Buyers that dealt with Ken were more than satisfied with Ken and the services he provided.  Our office only received positive feedback from Buyers during and after the home was built.  This is due to the fact that Ken has the knowledge and understanding of the new construction process that many other Real Estate Agents do not have.  This knowledge gives Buyers the confidence to know that their expectations are being represented properly and at the same time gives the Builder the confidence in knowing that they are represented in the proper manner.

We would highly recommend Ken to both a buyer and a builder.  He has the talent and experience to represent both sides in a professional manner.  We were sad to see him leave, but know that others will benefit from his vast knowledge in both new construction and real estate services.
