Selling homes and assisting buyers has been my passion for the  past 14 years, mainly in southwest Johnson County, Kansas.  Gardner, Kansas, where I reside, is one of the fastest growing towns in eastern Kansas and I am proud to help new families move to the area. 

   I am a managing Broker at our firm and along with listing and selling real estate, I teach both new and experienced agents, facilitate weekly sales meetings, oversee marketing and advertising, and brainstorm regularly with our staff so we keep ourselves on top of the ever-changing real estate market.  I've had success with helping first-time home buyers, selling my listings quickly, using photos and visual tours to show and sell my listings,  helping clients buy not only their first home, but when they are ready to sell that home, I coordinate the sale of their home with the purchase of move-up home.  

   When a past client refers one of their family members to me, I consider it my proudest moment and the best compliment they could give me.  I strive to learn new ways to make buying or selling a home easier, faster and more enjoyable for my clients and customers.
