I love to help the consumer choose the right floor. I do this by first listening to what their needs are, then by educating them. It is important to me to align the proper floor with the proper family.

| "Brenda Rose was a great person to work with. We needed to coordinate timing of the carpeting with painting the room. She said that would be no problem, and it went smoothly. We called her a couple of times with questions, she got back to us right away. She even called the day before installation to confirm and came to inspect after installation before accepting the final payment. The installer showed up on time, worked quickly and cleaned up. The carpet looks and feels great. " |
