Welcome to Webb Real Estate, your local real estate resource!  As a broker who is very familiar with Canyon Lake, Sun City, Menifee, Quail Valley, Perris, Lake Elsinore, Wildomar, and even Hemet, San Jacinto and Winchester,  I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate here.  It's not the same everywhere, so you need someone you can trust for up-to-date information.  I am eager to serve you!

I began my career in Real Estate in Scottsdale, Arizona in the mid 1970's and relocated to Southern California by the end of the 1970's.

In the mid 1990's I was a loan officer for a Mortgage Broker and in March of 2000 I renewed my real estate license and handled both real estate and loans.  I obtained my Broker's license in March of 2004 and created Webb Real Estate & Loans with our slogan, WE DO HOMES - N- LOANS.

i received my GRI in January 2005 as a Graduate of Realty Institute which is one of the most prestigious designations in Real Estate.  Earlier, I earned a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting and finance from Cleveland State University.  I have an extensive background in finance.

Due to the recent restrictions and additional costs by government on mortgage brokers, I am now focusing my attention on real estate without doing loans.  I will still offer expert opinion to both buyers and sellers that I represent in obtaining the best loan possible.  Also, I will offer Alternative Purchase Options such as Lease Options and All Inclusive Trust Deeds known as AITD.

I have the qualifications, with my years of experience and education, to handle all your Real Estate needs; whether it be Modifications, Short Sales, Foreclosures, REO"S or even Probate.
