I have been a licensed Realtor for three years. Although my license is a recent addition in my life, I am not new to real estate. I have been buying and selling residential, multi-family, commercial and industrial buildings for my other business interests for over 30 years. I have accumulated quite a bit of experience from the consumers side of the deal. Now, I get to write the deals that will go smoothly without the hassles that I had to go through.

One of the business interests that I own involves design, print and direct mail marketing. We have extensive experience with both traditional direct mail as well as internet and ecommerce sites. Using these technologies, I will bring exciting new ways to market your home and promise to get it sold fast.

As a multiple business owner, I have had many year's experience negotiating labor contracts with employees. I have a keen ability to bring everyone together on the same page...and when the deal is done, everyone is happy. These skills are well-suited to negotiating real estate contracts for my clients, both buyers and sellers.
