Hi my name is Nate Alexander. I'm a Real Estate Marketing Professional and Exclusive Buyer's Agent with First Team Real Estate. My job is to market, advertise, show and sell your home for the best terms and the highest price. As an Exclusive Buyer's Agent my job is to educate buyers in the process of home buying to save time and money.

I started my Real Estate career with First Team Real Estate and truly believe that no other company has the seller's best interest in mind. First Team exclusively markets ONLY to Buyers. I aligned myself with First Team because I felt that this method of doing business is the most productive for buyers who are out on their own looking for homes. Finding qualified buyers early and helping them search for homes saves them time and effort in finding their dream home. This also benefits the seller because it gives us the commodity most Listing Agents don't have, a steady stream of buyers! You'll find that I'm not an "area specialist" or a "farming" type Listing Agent because my job is not to market to sellers to get listings. My jobs is to be constantly working with home buyers. I have seen both sides of the table both as a Listing Agent and Buyer's Agent, home buyers tend to be under-represented and thus end up buying on the Seller's terms. The market at the beginning of 2006 shifted and inventory of homes increased. This was a perfect time to be a buyer and I recognized that I could provide an opportunity to take the market back for Home Buyers and give them the leverage they deserve.
