Real estate is a constantly changing industry, so I invest time & money in my business each year by attending classes, seminars and conventions. It has paid off as I have earned the President's Club award and the National Sales award every year from 1999 through 2011 and rank in the top 5% of all agents in WI in closed production. I have also seen many clients grow rich over the years by investing in rental property, so have bought 3 duplexes myself and am a current landlord and investor.
