Full time since 2001, it continues to be my great pleasure to have a small part of God's hand in my client’s lives. It is an honor to assist my clients in moving to the next season of their lives by selling their home at the highest possible price in the shortest amount of time. It is a privilege to share in a first time home buyers dreams and goals or help a growing family find a larger home. The majority of my business is referral - working with multiple members of the same extended family and repeat clients who sell and buy again as their needs change.
Introducing those relocating to the Chicagoland area to our very fine communities is also a delight. Please expect me to point out positive as well as negative features in a home and suggestions as to how a home can be improved to make it worth more when sold. The complexities of the selling and purchasing processes are heightened by frequent changes in lending requirements. I strive to make the transition as enjoyable and stressfree as possible! I am enthusiastic and energetic, patiently working to identify the right home or investment property for each client.
Eighteen years of experience assisting hundreds of families has honed my ability to anticipate and resolve potential issues quickly. I was raised in Wheaton IL with my eight brothers and sisters. My husband and I have been married 39 years and raised our five children here. One of the best prizes at mid-life is grandchildren and we have 12! We have been parents of students at Wheaton Christian Grammar School, Wheaton Academy, Moody Bible Institute, Wheaton College and Seattle Pacific University. I am a member of Wheaton Bible Church and a board member of Christian Stewardship Foundation.
It is a gift to be in midlife and be in one's sweet spot! I have worked for Coldwell Banker, Realty Executives and been an owner of two Keller Williams franchises. In January 2014, I was given the opportunity to open the first Illinois office for Fathom Realty. I responded to the invitation due to my desire to create a new type of residential brokerage, one in which we hand pick colleagues who practice their craft with integrity, always putting their clients best interest first. At the national level, integrity, transparency and regarding others before oneself is modeled consistently, trickling from the top down. Joining Fathom Realty is the best business decision made in my career.
Having lived in the area most of my life, my market expertise includes Glen Ellyn, Wheaton, Carol Stream, Winfield, Warrenville, Naperville, Lisle , Lombard, St Charles and South Elgin as well as other suburbs west of Chicago.
